After I make your order I will send a fulfillment email which allows me to let you know your order is made and then I get money from your order.

If some of your charms fall off your case within the first two weeks I will repair it and re-glue them at no cost (local only).

REFUNDS: Right now I am not doing refunds since I have not used the transaction method that comes with this site. Once I have gotten the hang of how it works I will have up a policy. Thank you.
